We’ve even included two bonus disposable caps to support your hair care. To use, wash and towel dry hair, then apply conditioner. Heat the cap in the microwave for 30 second intervals for no more than 90 seconds. Cover with a disposable cap, and then cover with the thermal cap. Leave on for no more than 15 minutes.
